About this role

The Program Integrator partners with the Program Manager to establish a culture of Earned Value Management rigor and discipline within the Alternate Missions and Space team. This role involves developing strategies to elevate EVM practices, implementing tools to track planned work, and ensuring adherence to baseline budgets for predictable program performance. The position also supports risk mitigation activities and strengthens coordination between Supply Chain and Cross-Functional teams to improve reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies and best practices to elevate Earned Value Management across the program
Manage cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time on-budget performance
Work with IPT leads and R&O manager to execute risk mitigation activities and reduce program risk
