Fresh Hope Communities
The Tops Conference Centre offers a two-year, live-in internship program for young adults aged 18–24, focusing on professional development, character formation, and spiritual growth. Interns rotate through key departments, participate in ministry opportunities, and engage in accredited study pathways. The program aims to equip participants with valuable workplace and leadership skills while deepening their faith and sense of community.
For almost 90 years, we have been providing quality support and lifestyle choices across retirement, residential and respite settings, as well as conference and outdoor adventure experiences for school and community groups.
