Girls on the Run Minnesota is a nonprofit youth-development organization that delivers evidence-based, experiential programs combining physical activity and social-emotional learning to help school-age girls build confidence, kindness, and decision-making skills. Season-based curricula are led by trained volunteer coaches and culminate in community 5K events, reinforcing the connection between physical and emotional health while measuring program impact. The organization offers multiple ways to get involved—volunteer, coach, start a team, become a junior coach—and runs culturally responsive initiatives like IndigeFit Kids to increase access across Minnesota.
