Program Lead - GWS Youth

As the Program Lead for GWS Youth Programs, you will oversee the delivery of community outings, sports, and life skills activities for young people with disabilities across Greater Western Sydney. This leadership role involves supervising support staff, managing logistics, and ensuring safe, engaging experiences that foster confidence and independence among participants. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with families, monitoring program outcomes, and maintaining compliance with NDIS standards and duty of care requirements.
