Program Lead Out of School Time

The Program Lead Out of School Time guides a team in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where youth can learn, build friendships, and grow in confidence. This role involves leading activities, supporting staff, and helping programs run smoothly while upholding the YMCA's core values. The position requires implementing risk management, integrating character development programs, and ensuring participant safety under the direction of the Site Director.
