Program Lead

The Program Lead owns the end-to-end delivery of a multi-pod platform software engagement for a leading semiconductor customer's IoT and edge compute portfolio. This leadership role requires maintaining technical credibility to oversee twelve interdependent workstreams, manage cross-pod dependencies, and ensure quality and security standards are met. The position involves acting as the primary delivery interface to customer engineering leadership while driving staffing, hiring, and commercial objectives.
