Program Leader (After School)

The Program Leader (After School) supports student success within the Compton Unified School District Expanded Learning Program by providing academic support, supervision, and enrichment opportunities for students in an after-school setting. Working under the direct supervision of a Certificated Site Program Manager, the role involves creating a safe and engaging learning environment while serving as a positive role model. The position requires maintaining accurate attendance records, implementing program curriculum, and collaborating with staff, parents, and community members to foster student achievement.
