Lead cross-functional EMEA teams to deliver automotive projects from customer nomination through handover to serial production, ensuring alignment with Aptiv procedures and strategy. The role is responsible for overall program outcomes, stakeholder communication, and achieving flawless start of production and launch metrics. It involves close collaboration with plant and program managers and coordination of pilot and prototype activities.
