Program Leader

Program leaders work directly with an assigned class of approximately 20-25 students in a K-8 school setting, serving as positive role models, coaches, and mentors. The role involves supporting the organization's mission through the implementation of daily program guide activities and Fun Friday projects while providing academic support and enrichment. Program leaders maintain a safe and inclusive environment, monitor student records, and collaborate with teachers and program coordinators to ensure program success.
