Program Leader

This part-time, in-person role involves serving as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor for a group of 20-25 students in a classroom setting. The Program Leader is responsible for maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, providing homework assistance, and supporting students' academic and behavioral development. The position requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to establish authority while fostering a sense of belonging among students.
