About this role
Acumen is hiring a Program Legal Counsel based in Canada to lead legal compliance and contract support for a five-year program serving early-stage social enterprises. The role supports program delivery by advising on Canadian law and donor requirements, coordinating with outside counsel, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal and regulatory adherence. This position is contingent on funding approval and reports to the Director of Legal and Associate Director of Risk and Compliance.
