Program Management 2

This role is responsible for the successful management, execution, and performance of a customer program throughout the contract lifecycle, focusing on customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational compliance. The Program Manager 2 serves as the primary point of contact for the customer, leads internal and external stakeholders, and ensures adherence to contractual service-level agreements. The position involves managing program risks, profits, and contracts while coaching junior program managers and leading programs of medium to high complexity.
