ACT1 Federal is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Department at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The role involves providing program management support to ALRE Program Offices in the development, fielding, and support of current and next-generation ALRE systems used to launch and recover aircraft from Navy ships. The position requires managing acquisition planning, budget execution, contract execution, and program performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Provide program management support for ALRE systems development and fielding
Prepare and staff Acquisition Requirements Packages in accordance with DoDI 5000.2
Collect and analyze budget requirements and perform financial analysis
