About this role

The Program Management Director serves as the operational backbone of the Data & AI organization, instilling rigor and scalable program management practices across a cross-functional team of approximately 100 professionals. Reporting to the Product Management Senior Director, this leader will manage a team of Program Managers and drive accountability for milestones, KPIs, and OKRs. The role involves establishing standardized Agile practices, developing executive dashboards, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
