Citi is seeking a Third-Party Management professional to support the United Kingdom in maintaining compliance with local Prudential Regulatory Authority regulations. The role involves managing the Committee Decision Register, reconciling data against golden sources, and producing the Annual Material Outsourcing Register for regulatory submission. This position requires collaborating with business owners, procurement teams, and regulatory engagement groups to ensure effective controls for material and critical outsourcing arrangements.

Responsibilities

Maintain the UK Committee Decision Register in line with Prudential Regulatory Authority requirements
Reconcile the Committee Register against Citi Golden Sources and validate with business owners
Produce and submit the Annual Material Outsourcing Register to the Regulator within timelines
Ensure appropriate controls are in place for material and critical outsourcing arrangements
Drive process improvements and challenge existing workflows for better efficiency
