This role provides behavioral and academic support to students in the Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) program at Jefferson High School, serving as a primary point of contact for students during the day. The position involves collaborating with staff to assist with academic, behavioral, and daily living skills while monitoring student independence and implementing behavior management programs. The paraprofessional works within the STRIVE program for grades K-12 on a long-call reserve basis.
