Program Management

The role provides strategic direction, leadership, and management for the Country Program's programming to ensure the successful implementation of large and complex projects serving vulnerable populations. As part of the Senior Management Team, the position oversees security management, business development, partnership strengthening, and staff capacity building. The role involves collaborating with the Country Representative to design strategic frameworks, optimize resource mobilization, and ensure high-quality project implementation aligned with agency priorities.
