MARA is hiring an experienced execution leader to own and lead the company-wide implementation of the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX), beginning with the People organization and expanding across leaders and leaders-of-leaders. The role acts as the internal 4DX expert, execution coach, and operating-cadence owner focused on driving adoption, accountability, and sustained behavioral change. The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience rolling out 4DX and coaching senior leaders through adoption challenges.
