About this role

The Program Manager will lead the development of a high‑performance mixed‑signal/DSP ASIC for Blue Origin's TeraWave satellite communications system, overseeing architecture definition through tape‑out, bring‑up, and production. The role coordinates design, verification, physical implementation, IP integration, validation, and production teams to deliver SoCs that manage multiple signal chains under aggressive power and schedule targets.

Responsibilities

Drive end‑to‑end mixed‑signal/DSP SoC development from architecture to production
Build and maintain integrated schedules across architecture, design, verification, and tapeout
Oversee post‑silicon phases including bring‑up, validation, qualification, and production ramp
