The Program Manager – Agile Delivery acts as the execution leader for Agile teams, ensuring work is delivered effectively while managing timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder communication. This role operates within a Hybrid Health Relay Organization (HRO) to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes by coordinating across product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The position involves overseeing project execution, facilitating Agile operating models, and publishing executive reporting for technology projects across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across business and technical domains
Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines
Publish project status and executive reporting for stakeholders
