Program Manager - COMSEC IT Services

The Program Manager provides executive leadership and overall management of a large, complex Department of State COMSEC IT Services program, serving as the primary contractor interface with Government leadership. This role is accountable for technical performance, staffing, schedule, financial management, quality, risk, and mission continuity while managing highly cleared technical personnel. The position requires a leader capable of overseeing mission-critical cybersecurity, telecommunications, network engineering, and cryptographic operations.
