About this role
The Program Manager Customs Compliance will support and enhance Floor & Decor’s Global Trade Compliance program, ensuring adherence to U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations. The role partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Legal, vendors and service providers to optimize import/export processes and support company growth. It also provides training and supports strategic trade compliance initiatives and program management.

Qualifications
