Program Manager Digital Patient Services - Branded

The Program Manager Digital Patient Services will lead the transformation and coordination of Managed Patient Programs (MPPs) within Sanofi’s E.D.G.E. team to improve patient access and outcomes across global and key markets. The role partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align program activities, drive adoption, and support scaled delivery of branded digital patient services. The position supports strategic initiatives across pre- and post-launch activities for chronic and specialty conditions.
