This role acts as the authoritative voice on financial transformation strategy, partnering with corporate finance leadership to drive regulatory readiness and value realization across the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution of financial transformation initiatives within the Enterprise Transformation Program
Define and prioritize financial transformation portfolios balancing business value and regulatory requirements
Maintain end-to-end accountability for the integrity of the program cost model and work breakdown structures
Drive financial reporting strategy ensuring data consolidation and audit readiness for leadership decisions
Champion adoption of new financial governance processes and serve as the change agent for the transformation
