Program Manager for Career Readiness

The Program Manager for Career Readiness leads the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of the Career Ready Guide and related career readiness initiatives at Newberry College. This role involves collaborating with faculty, academic programs, and campus partners to integrate career planning and workforce readiness into curricular and co-curricular experiences. The position provides individualized career coaching, proactive outreach, and career readiness programming to assigned student populations while ensuring alignment with center priorities and grant objectives.
