About this role

The Program Manager for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) provides end-to-end leadership for the planning, governance, and execution of MES initiatives supporting manufacturing operations at a new Medtronic venture in Malaysia. This role leads cross-functional teams to deploy and sustain the standardized global MES template, ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational readiness, and enterprise standards. The position is accountable for integrated delivery across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, and compliance while ensuring minimal disruption to production.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Manufacturing Execution System initiatives
Manage cross-functional teams to deploy standardized MES templates and localizations
Oversee program governance, budgets, risks, and vendor performance for project delivery
