About this role
Responsible for managing multiple clinical and preclinical research programs in gene editing and gene therapy, overseeing study start-up, recruitment, budgets, and compliance. Serves as the primary liaison with sponsors, IRBs, core laboratories, PIs, CROs, and other external collaborators. Directly hires and supervises research staff and develops operational procedures to support timely execution of studies.
