The individual will drive governance, best practices, and continuous improvements while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain leave types, accrual rules, and entitlement policies in Workday
Design and implement time tracking frameworks including entry codes and calculations
Lead end-to-end Workday implementations and enhancements for HRIT solutions
Ensure adherence to global payroll regulations and statutory leave policies
Partner with global teams to deliver scalable and standardized HR solutions
