Program Manager II, Source to Pay - Value Optimization

The Program Manager II, Source to Pay - Value Optimization owns the business value layer of the S2P Reimagined program, translating priorities into measured initiatives and operationalizing process intelligence. This role sets targets, governs the initiative pipeline, and maintains the North Star KPI framework as the single source of truth. The position serves as the single point of contact for cross-functional towers and represents S2P to the technical platform team to resolve data discrepancies and validate metrics.
