Program Manager II

The Program Manager II supports department or program leadership by managing the activities and functions of a large or complex program to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within established priorities and funding limitations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, optimizing equipment utilization, and developing program strategies to sustain and grow services. The position requires strong project management skills, proficiency in EPIC and Pyxis, and the ability to analyze community needs to enhance program effectiveness.
