Program Manager II

The Program Manager II supports department or program leadership by managing the activities and functions of a large or complex program to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within established priorities and funding limitations. This role involves overseeing staff and consultants, developing program strategies, managing budgets, and evaluating program effectiveness to drive growth and sustainability. The position also requires representing the program to stakeholders, preparing funding proposals, and facilitating workshops and community engagement.
