About this role

Torch Technologies is seeking a Program Manager, Journeyman to support the EPASS GB contract within the AFLCMC/GB Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate. The role involves overseeing acquisition and program management activities, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition policies, and providing documentation and briefings to senior leadership. The position is onsite in Kettering, OH with a standard M-F schedule.

Responsibilities

Manage acquisition programs according to DoD 5000.02 and 5000.75
Develop and deliver program status briefings and reports
Oversee junior and journeyman contractor personnel
Support risk management and compliance reporting
Coordinate integrated master schedule and plan reviews
