Program Manager, M&A Technology

The M&A Technology Integration Program Manager is a member of Ares’ Global Technology organization focused on the technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions. The role serves as the program management backbone for M&A technology efforts, engaging with technology and business stakeholders and contributing to integration standards and playbooks. It reports to the Head of M&A Technology Integrations and supports the firm’s transaction lifecycle from diligence through post-close.
