Program Manager, Manufacturing

A Program Manager in Manufacturing will own custom machine builds from customer purchase order through shop floor build, factory acceptance test, and delivery. This hands-on, onsite role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and executive leadership, managing complex, cross-functional programs from initial planning through production and implementation. The position requires driving alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
