About this role

Profluent is seeking an experienced program manager to own the operational and external‑partnership side of its ML Design Evaluation (MDE) program. The role will run end‑to‑end design campaigns, manage CRO sourcing, negotiations, and contracting, and keep the program documented and on schedule to enable scientific teams to focus on research.

Responsibilities

Run end-to-end MDE campaigns across ML, biology, and bioinformatics
Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with CRO partners
Track program health metrics and maintain documentation for leadership
