Program Manager (National Position)

The Near East Foundation is seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and closing of its Syria program based in Damascus. This role involves managing Syria-based staff and subcontractors, ensuring program activities align with donor and organizational objectives, and delivering high-quality outcomes within approved budgets and timelines. The Program Manager will also oversee compliance, communications, and represent NEF to outside parties as needed.
