Program Manager (PM)

The Program Manager oversees the successful management, implementation, and closure of assigned projects across one or more countries, ensuring alignment with Oxfam's strategic objectives and regional strategies. This role involves leading project teams, managing partnerships, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program quality and impact. The position requires strong expertise in program design, gender justice, and adaptive management within the North Africa and MENA region.
