Program Manager (PMO)

The Program Manager (PMO) serves on the Extended Leadership Team to shape, govern, and accelerate site transformation, aligning strategic priorities with executable programs to deliver outcomes in safety, quality, supply, cost, and people. This role oversees portfolio governance, resource alignment, and risk management while driving continuous improvement in project management standards across the Melbourne site. The position partners with cross-functional teams to convert business opportunities into successful initiatives and ensures operational readiness throughout project lifecycles.
