Young Women's Freedom Center
The Program Manager for Santa Clara County Site is responsible for ensuring that YWFC’s programs consistently meet their goals and objectives. As a supervisor and mentor for program staff, this position provides training and learning opportunities to help staff achieve organizational goals while creating safe and proactive spaces for cis and trans women, girls, and gender-expansive youth of color. The role oversees program operations, maintains data and administrative systems, and ensures compliance with contractual and grant requirements.
