Program Manager (Supply Chain NPI)

This People Manager role oversees and drives multiple complex end-to-end programs, focusing on change management to facilitate organizational adaptation to evolving transformations. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational, planning, influencing, and communication skills to ensure successful program execution from initiation to completion. The role involves leading junior program managers, serving as an escalation point for roadblocks, and acting as a liaison between the team and executive leadership. The role also oversees the team's total Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), audits end-to-end processes, and drives continuous improvements through Lessons Learned sessions.
