Program Manager, Translational Research Centres

The Program Manager will drive the operationalisation and performance of a portfolio of 2–5 Translational Research Centres, ensuring they successfully transition from concept to execution and deliver agreed Phase 1 outcomes. This role involves establishing governance mechanisms, monitoring performance, resolving operational challenges, and building institutional capabilities through standardized frameworks and metrics. The position requires close collaboration with Principal Investigators, TRC leadership teams, and industry stakeholders to bridge the gap between laboratory research and commercialization.
