About this role

The Program Manager, Venture Internships & Talent Development leads the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation’s Venture Intern Program and supports the Startup Intern Match initiative. This role oversees recruitment, placement, training, and coaching of student interns while building partnerships with startup hosts, university partners, and community stakeholders to expand experiential learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Venture Intern Program and Startup Intern Match
Manage recruitment, placement, training, and coaching of student interns
Build and maintain relationships with startup hosts, university partners, and community stakeholders
Develop and deliver professional development and entrepreneurial training curricula
Track program data, assess outcomes, and prepare grant reports
