Program Manager – Water Infrastructure (Wells)

This role leads a newly centralized, statewide program for the delivery of potable water wells, overseeing planning, permitting, design, construction, and startup for a portfolio of approximately 50 concurrent projects. The Program Manager supervises engineering staff, coordinates with consultants and contractors, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within scope, schedule, and budget. The position requires strong technical engineering judgment, program management discipline, and fluency in California regulatory processes.
