About this role
The Program Manager at City Year Los Angeles oversees the school-based implementation of City Year’s Whole School Whole Child service model and leads a team of AmeriCorps members at assigned school site(s). Reporting to the Program Director, the role focuses on ensuring strong school partnerships, supporting AmeriCorps member development, and maintaining program fidelity and outcomes. The position works across site and departmental teams to advance student-focused interventions and after-school programming.
