About this role

QinetiQ US seeks a Program Manager to lead and oversee the Policy Management & Operations Specialized Services (PMOSS) contract supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of War (Policy). The role involves on‑site leadership of contract personnel, coordination of training and reporting, and ensuring timely staffing and performance of sub‑contractors.

Responsibilities

Provide on‑site leadership and supervision of contract personnel
Design, conduct, and present monthly research and statistical reports to senior DoD officials
Develop and deliver training across OUSW(P) members
Manage contract performance reporting and sub‑contractor oversight
Ensure timely staffing and implementation of standard operating procedures
