Program Manager

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is looking for an experienced program manager to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives across internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and project teams. The role will oversee the development of business cases, manage approvals, budgets, and governance, and ensure alignment with the department’s IT roadmap and state security requirements. It involves regular reporting to senior and executive leadership and collaboration with the State DIT and other program managers.
