Program Manager

RS&H is looking for a Program Manager to lead design‑build and owner’s representative services for transportation projects in the Great Lakes Division. The role involves overseeing alternative delivery programs, managing multi‑disciplinary teams, and guiding clients through FHWA major project requirements. The candidate will work closely with DOTs, contractors, and engineering firms to deliver large infrastructure projects using design‑build, progressive design‑build, and CMGC delivery methods.
