Program Manager

This position performs routine public health nursing work in clinical and/or non-clinical settings, coordinating the delivery of public health nursing services and essential public health services through education, assessments, and direct client services. The role involves providing population-based community outreach, disease prevention and control, and direct client care under the direction of the Family & Community Health Services Nurse Supervisor II and Regional Medical Director. Regular and frequent travel to field offices and satellite sites is required to support program operations and community engagement.
