Program Manager

The Program Manager leads an assigned portfolio of projects and partner relationships, providing operational oversight, budget control, and quality assurance for eye health initiatives in Vietnam. Reporting to the Country Manager, the role turns project concepts into compliant Project Design Documents, manages program coordinators, and ensures projects meet quality standards, grant conditions, and the objectives of the Vietnam Country Strategy. The position involves overseeing project implementation, managing budgets, building partner relationships, and line-managing program staff to advance the Foundation's mission of ending avoidable blindness.
