Program Manager

This role manages the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives to drive strategic change and organizational goals. The Program Manager partners with executives and operational leaders to translate vision into executable plans while leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The position involves monitoring project budgets, maintaining portfolio-level status reports, and serving as a subject matter expert on EPMO methodologies including Agile and SAFe. Additionally, the role provides coaching to project managers and ensures compliance with audit, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
